Brent Rood is a highly effective sales professional and consummate storyteller. After Brent earned double degrees in business and theology, he worked at Microsoft for a few years before starting a nonprofit in Seattle. He led that nonprofit for fifteen years and obtained his second degree, a Master's in Theology.
Brent's experience from his years managing teams of employees and volunteers made him an expert problem-solver. He excels at gathering information, getting down to the root of the matter, and building a plan to solve the issue.
He is also passionate about people development, a skill he honed by training leaders to head various departments. In his current role as a director of sales, Brent obsesses over not just the product and processes, but the people. His laser focus on setting his team up for success is the same energy he brings to Intone's customers. His clients appreciate his personalized attention to their needs, and his creative methods for meeting them.
